InstaCrop Pro provides a client-side digital utility that allows users to frame, mask, resize, and convert image files using HTML5 canvas rendering directly inside their local environment. The application is distributed free of charge for both individual and enterprise users without usage quotas or digital watermarks.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

We respect your ownership rights. Because our tool relies on client-side rendering engines:

  • User Media Ownership: You retain complete and unencumbered copyright ownership over all visual assets processed through InstaCrop Pro. We claim no license, royalty, or hosting right to your source uploads or downloaded outputs.
  • Application Ownership: All custom branding elements, interface designs, source code structures, and logical algorithms belonging to InstaCrop Pro remain the exclusive property of InstaCrop Pro and its licensors.

4. Appropriate Utilization

You agree to utilize InstaCrop Pro responsibly. You are strictly forbidden from:

  • Interfering with, reverse-engineering, or disabling the primary interface logic or sponsored advertising delivery frameworks.
  • Deploying automated extraction utilities, bots, or framing code to encapsulate our web layout inside unauthorized third-party commercial applications.
  • Utilizing our client scripts to propagate malicious executable payloads, illicit media, or intellectual property infringements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that output renders will perfectly replicate specific color profiles across distinct hardware components, nor do we guarantee absolute software immunity from client browser memory bottlenecks during very large high-resolution canvas manipulation tasks.
